Welcome to A Little Textured. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you also confirm that you have reviewed and agree to the details outlined in our Return Policy, Reclamation Policy, and Privacy Policy. These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden.
Each painting is handcrafted, unique, and sold as shown in the product images. We encourage all customers to carefully view the product images and read the details provided on the website before making a purchase to ensure it meets their expectations.
1. Payment
For original paintings, full payment is required before we can ship the artwork. For commissioned works, a 50% deposit is required to begin creating the artwork, with the remaining balance due upon completion.
We accept payment with all VISA payment cards, all Mastercard payment cards, ApplePay, ShopPay and MobilePay. The web shop uses an approved payment server supported by Shopify Payment that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information cannot be read by malicious software.
2. Shipping & Delivery
Original paintings are shipped within 2 weeks. Custom paintings are shipped within 2 weeks after the final payment is received.
International shipping is available and calculated at checkout. Please note that deliveries outside the EU may be subject to customs duties and VAT, which are paid by the recipient.
All items are shipped from Sweden and tracking numbers are provided. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.
3. Right of complaint
The Swedish Consumer Sales Act (SFS 1990:932) applies to purchases of goods.
If you believe the artwork was damaged during transport or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at alittletextured@gmail.com as soon as possible but within 14 days of receipt. You must send detailed descriptions and pictures that clearly show what you are complaining about.
If the complaint is justified, we will work with you to resolve the issue. You can either have the item repaired, exchanged, fully refunded, or a reduction in price, depending on the specific situation. You will receive a return label from us in connection with your complaint (if applicable).
The item must always be sent back in proper packaging, equivalent to the original packaging. Remember to include a receipt of dispatch to prove that the item has been sent to us.
We do not accept undelivered parcels or parcels sent cash on delivery.
4. Right of withdrawal
If you're not happy with your purchase or change your mind, you can return your item within 14 days (7 days for non-EU countries) of receiving it. You must send an email to alittletextured@gmail.com to notify us about your decision to withdraw together with your order number, before returning any items. You then have another 14 days to send it back to us.
Return conditions: The item must be unused, in its original condition, and properly packaged. Custom-made artworks and sales items are non-returnable unless they are damaged during transport or have manufacturing defects.
Packaging: Please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during return shipping. We recommend that you return the product in the original shipping packaging. Damages due to improper packaging may result in a deduction from your refund.
Return shipping: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. To ensure your return is received, please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance for high-value items. Keep proof of return shipment until we confirm receipt of the returned item.

Refund: We will issue a refund within 14 days from the day we receive and inspect your return, excluding the original shipping costs.

6. Order cancellation
You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it if it has not yet been processed. Please contact us at alittletextured@gmail.com immediately to request a cancellation.
7. Discount codes
Discount codes cannot be combined with other codes, discounts or promotions unless otherwise stated.
8. Product care
Due to the handcrafted nature of our paintings, proper care is essential to maintain their quality. We recommend keeping the artwork away from direct sunlight, excessive humidity, and heat sources.
Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using water or cleaning products, as these may damage the surface.
Handle the artwork carefully to avoid damage, as the materials used may be sensitive to impact or pressure.
These artworks are not toys and should be kept out of reach of children.
9. Limitation of Liability
A Little Textured is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages that may arise, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other financial losses. Our liability for any claim arising from your purchase is limited to the purchase price of the product.
In cases where a product is found to be defective or damaged upon arrival, our responsibility is limited to either providing a replacement or issuing a refund, including the cost of shipping, as detailed in our Reclamation Policy. Please ensure that any claims for defects or damages are reported promptly to facilitate a smooth resolution.
We are not liable for any damages resulting in inproper use or handling of the product. Additionally, we cannot be held accountable for any failures to fulfill our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, war, or other unforeseeable events. While we strive for accuracy on our website, we are not responsible for any errors or omissions. We also do not assume liability for the content of third-party websites linked from our site.
12. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts. By using our services or purchasing our products, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Swedish courts for the resolution of any disputes.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, text, and designs, is the intellectual property of A Little Textured and may not be used without permission.
11. Privacy Policy
We collect personal data only as necessary for processing orders and providing customer service. Your data is protected and used in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
